Mountain View Services is looking for a motivated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team servicing both residential and commercial properties across the region. What You’ll Be Doing: Cleaning windows, roofs, gutters, and building exteriors using professional-grade equipment Working on high-risk or specialist jobs such as: Pest Control Treatments Flood and Fire Restoration Mould and Bio-hazard Remediation Pre and post-job inspections to ensure top-tier service quality Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met Maintaining tools, vehicles, and job documentation Following health & safety procedures at all times (working at heights, chemical handling, PPE etc.) What We’re Looking For: Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors A team player who can also work independently Experience in exterior cleaning or restoration work is a bonus (training provided for the right candidate) Physically fit and reliable with strong attention to detail Comfortable with power tools, pressure washers, ladders, and safety gear Clean full driver’s licence required Eligibility to work in New Zealand is a requirement and MUST live in New Zealand We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Ongoing training and certification opportunities in specialist restoration services Supportive and safety-focused team culture Variety in your workday – no two jobs are ever the same!
