We’re looking for reliable hammer hands to support foundation crews across multiple sites. This is hands-on work with a clear pathway to step up if you perform. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with foundation preparation and pours Setting up boxing/formwork Placing and tying reinforcing steel Site clean-up and material handling Assisting builders and foremen with daily tasks Operating basic tools and small plant safely Requirements: Previous experience working with concrete (essential) Good understanding of site safety and basic construction practices Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work Reliable transport to get to varying sites Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
