Exporting customers in a range of international markets, including Asia, America, and Europe. They act as a one-stop shop, sourcing from farms, fisheries, and manufacturers to offer customers thousands of high-quality products at competitive prices. ABOUT THE ROLE The role will require end-to-end preparation and ownership of all export documents and freight bookings, monitoring shipments and management of a range of third-party stakeholders including freight providers and forwarders. You will interact with suppliers, customers, and service providers. You will work with existing and new software systems to manage contract bookings and prepare documents. ABOUT YOU You would have worked in Shipping or Freight Forwarding in the past or dealt with Shipping lines or freight forwarders in an export role and have the below attributes: * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Customs PIN (requirement) * Thinks outside the box and will use your initiative * Attention to detail with a strong work ethic * A team player with the ability to work well under pressure * Excellent communication; verbal & written * Intermediate level in Microsoft Word and Excel * Documentation & shipping knowledge * Must be able to take ownership * Must be professional, well-mannered and have a sense of humour * Be flexible and autonomous SOUND LIKE YOU?
