Guide and develop a team for continuous improvement and high performance About the role: We're looking for an experienced Master Data Manager to join our Energy Services team. In this newly created role, you'll take ownership of how we manage, maintain, and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our critical business data, covering customers, suppliers, products, and assets. Your work will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision making across the business. Key responsibilities: * Own and drive the master data governance framework to ensure compliance and consistency * Lead data maintenance and quality improvement initiatives across ERP systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs and standards * Oversee reporting, analytics, and master data performance KPIs * Support system upgrades, automation, and integration of MDM tools * Lead, guide, and develop your team to drive continuous improvement and high performance About you: You're a detail-oriented data professional with a passion for accuracy and process improvement. You combine technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills.
