We operate Monday to Friday on an alternating day schedule — processing one day, boning the next. We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our hygiene crew. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards, leads by example, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. While the hygiene team begins at 4.00 pm, the Team Leader will start at 3.00 pm to complete administrative and compliance-related tasks, including hygiene documentation and food safety paperwork. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our facility’s cleanliness and food safety compliance, ensuring our operation runs smoothly and efficiently every day. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and support a small hygiene team to achieve cleaning standards * Carryout cleaning tasks * Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures are followed * Monitor performance and complete cleaning score assessments * Manage shift planning and daily task allocation * Work closely with the Production and Quality teams to resolve any issues What We’re Looking For: * Proven reliability and strong leadership skills * A positive attitude and ability to motivate others * Good communication and organisational skills * Previous experience in industrial or food processing cleaning preferred * Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks as needed * Able to work evening shifts (typically 3:00pm–midnight) * Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (based on experience), plus performance incentives * All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided * Supportive management and a strong team culture * Ongoing training and development opportunities If you’re an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step, or an existing team leader looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
