

Coffee cupping is a sacred ritual in the coffee world. It is a globally standardized method for assessing the fragrance, aroma, and flavor of coffee. But regardless if you’re a coffee professional or not, it’s a great way to build your coffee palate and observe coffee’s vast amount of nuance. We will be cupping (tasting) two coffee grinds as part of this event: \- Seven Hills Roasters \- House Blend \(Ethiopia\, Columbia\, Kongo and Brazilian Arabica beans\) \- Single Origin Ethiopia Arabica beans\. The event will consist of: \- Tasting the beans\! \(optional\) \- Assessing dry aroma \- Assessing wet aroma \- Coffee slurping like a pro We'll take notes throughout and everyone will be provided with a coffee tasting wheel, before sharing and discussing as a group.
