




We are a freight moving company based in Silverdale and we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Receivable & Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexible working hours across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 10 to 15 hours per week (final schedule to be discussed during the interview). The role includes: *Processing accounts receivable *Date entry and sending invoices in Xero *General admin tasks *Payroll support using Crystal Payroll (cover for Finance Manager when on leave) We are looking for someone who: *Has good attention to detail and accuracy *Can work independently and maintain confidentiality *Has basic accounts knowledge (Xero experience an advantage) *Is willing to learn - training provided *Communicates clearly and professionally If you're organised, friendly and want a role with flexibility, apply now with your CV and short cover letter.
