EXPERIENCED FREIGHT FORWARDER / WAREHOUSE STOREPERSON Our client is seeking a reliable freight forwarder to streamline their logistics. The ideal candidate will provide seamless solutions to complex logistics challenges. You will play a crucial role in optimizing their supply chain and guaranteeing the smooth transit of goods. This position demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Location: Mangere, Auckland Days and Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm Hourly Rates: $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience Duties: * Devanning * Loading Containers * Forklift Driving * Loading / Unloading Trucks * Deliveries & Pick Ups * Manual Handling * Verifying Paperwork * General Warehouse Duties * Freight Forwarding Successful Applicants must * Have a Full NZ Driver's License * Have past experience in Freight Forwarding * Hold a valid MPI / AP Cert  * Be physically fit * Have a Counterbalance License / OSH Cert * Have strong numerical and verbal literacy * Pass a pre-employment drug test * Return a clean criminal background check * Provide us with two contactable work references  If you are interested in this role please APPLY NOW with your current CV.

About the Role In this key role, you’ll engage with architects, engineers, designers, and builders to secure specifications for Vulcan’s building systems. Your focus will be on fostering strong, long-term relationships and positioning Vulcan as the preferred partner for major developments across Auckland and parts of the North Island.   Your main responsibilities will include: Secure specifications for Vulcan’s building systems from architects, designers, engineers, and builders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Network at events and meetings to position Vulcan as the preferred partner. Manage a project pipeline, ensuring specifications follow through to sales. Provide expert technical advice and tailored solutions. Deliver CPD sessions and technical presentations. Work with the sales team to achieve targets and identify growth opportunities. Requirements 5+ years' experience in architectural specification sales, business development, or technical advisory. A strong network or experience working with architects, designers, and specifiers—preferably in cladding, roofing and installation. Experience or knowledge of the construction or building systems industry. Can communicate technical information clearly and persuasively.
