We’re 100% Kiwi-owned, growing fast, and proud of it. Since kicking off in 2017, we’ve built 11 hire depots across the country — from Auckland to Wanaka — including Selwyn, Ashburton, Timaru and beyond. We hire out serious kit — diggers, trailers, cherry pickers, compaction gear, freezers, and a few oddball things too. Our customers range from DIYers to big civil crews, and we make sure they’re kitted out and ready to rip. 🔧 The Gig We’re after someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in. Yeah, you’ll be fixing gear — servicing, greasing, and diagnosing all sorts of machines from trailers to 5T diggers. But it’s more than spanners and sockets. You’ll also: Jump on the counter when it’s busy Help load gear and explain how it works Drop off equipment to job sites (and pick it up again) Keep the yard tidy and ticking Have a yarn with customers and help them out If you like variety, hate being micromanaged, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty — this is for you. 🧑‍🔧 What You’ll Need 5+ years as a mechanic (diesel, small engines, or automotive – we’re not fussy) Good with people and better with tools Can back a trailer and drive a truck (Class 2 or WTR would be bloody handy) Can use a computer without smashing it Common sense and a bit of pride in your work 💥 What You’ll Get Solid pay – (with room to grow) Minimum of 40 hours a week, and plenty to keep you busy Work that’s different every day – not just stuck in the same bay A good crew, no office politics, and real chances to move up as we grow Gear you can be proud of 👊 Ready to Roll?
