Lowie is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Despatch Administrator/Warehouse Storeperson** to join our client working in East Tamaki. If you have experience managing the flow of goods, overseeing dispatch operations and operating high-reach forklifts, this could be the role for you. **Apply now!** **What we offer:** * Up to $35 an hour (depending on experience), 40 hours a week * Immediate start * Monday – Friday (occasional weekend work for stocktake) * Temp role with potential to go permanent * Supportive team and great company culture Our consultants go above and beyond to be fair, lead you to success, care for your well-being and prioritise your safety. **Your duties will include, but are not limited to:** * Liaising with customers and the team regarding deliveries, delays and issues * Picking, packing, receiving, labelling, and storing stock * Conducting stocktakes and cycle counts for stock accuracy * Operating high-reach forklifts and assisting with stock transfers * Following H&S guidelines and company procedures * Preparing and processing documentation, including data in Excel * Coordinating transport, delivery services, and daily run sheets * Providing admin support to the wider team **The ideal candidate will have:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, picking, packing, stocktake, cycle counts, RF scanning and operating reach hoist and high-reach forklifts * Valid driver’s, forklift and reach hoist licences * High numeracy and admin skills with an eye for detail and accuracy * Ability to work both independently and in a team * AP (Accredited Person) & TFO (Transitional Facility Operator) certificates (preferred but not essential) * Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel (Sage X3 EPR is a bonus) You will need to be a NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or on a valid work visa to apply for a position. **Lowie Recruitment can offer you not just a job, but a career.** Lowie Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
