1968 Volkswagen Beetle 1500

Very tidy 1968 VW Beetle 1500cc Engine 4 Speed Manual Fresh Panel and Paint Widened Steel Wheels New Tyres with Whitewall Flappers New Carpets WOF and Rego This ultra cool 68 bug has just benefited from a full panel and paint where all flaws and rust were removed and then painted in the bright blue you see it in today, this has been carried out to high standard and is a mirror finish. The interior is very tidy with new carpets with VW embossed mats, the high back bucket seats also have VW embossed in to them, the seats have no rips/tears, I have ordered a new gear knob as of today as the original one has seen better days, an aftermarket stereo is hidden in the glovebox. The 1500cc engine is very strong, the previous owner informed me alot of work had been carried out on this as well, it starts first pop even after sitting for a week or so. Sitting a very cool set of widened steel wheels with whitewall flappers it gives it a great stance. The work carried out on the bug was not done whilst in my possession I have not long purchased the bug as the owner called me requiring a quick sale, the language barrier was a bit difficult but from what I could understand the work carried out on the bug (panel/paint/engine/wheels) is a lot more then the asking price. The Bug has not been in an accident, the registration lapsed somewhere in-between 1999 and 2005 (it was off the road between these times) the car was re-registered in May 2005 I will get underbody photos done early next week and these will be available via email.
