We have used this as restaurant toilets for the past few years, have now built permanent toilets so surplus to requirements. In reasonably good condition. I did bring the block out on a trailer but would recommend a hi-ab. Legally wired with independent fuse board. Currently connected to power and sewer but will have it terminated and ready to transport when sold. One side could easily be converted for a site office and toilet
