Size 42 EU - could easily be unisex. I wear a size 42 in dress shoes typically (43 in most sneakers), in my opinion at least these fit true to size. They're a form fitting shoe, would not go for these if you have really wide feet. I bought these a while back and find myself wearing other pairs far more. Hoping they find a home. Incredible condition, dust bag and kilt/tassels.
