14I had never heard of Wendougee before but then we got one of their coffee grinders and it was amazing. Put the portafilter into the machine, it knows which one it is and dispenses the right amount of coffee, at the right grind, quickly and perfectly for that portafilter. Insanely clever and you compare that to a Mazzer where you bang a handle and hopefully something near the right amount of coffee comes out into your portafilter, any surplus that you paid for ends up in the bin via the floor Coffee grinders seem the same same basic system that there were fifty years ago Now we have a Wendougee Milk Bot T1. You extract the coffee into the cup, then go to the milk bot and push the correct coffee type on the display. Hey presto, out comes milk and then foam. Set to the correct temperature, volume, foaminess and even if you want foam first or milk first. Once you push the button then hey presto, milk heated to the temperature that you set is dispensed along with the amount of foam you set. It even does unheated milk for Iced drinks When you think about the amount of time you spend heating the milk then pouring it into the cup, then dealing with jugs round the place and spilt milk(no crying) then the milk bot is an insanely clever system that is really superior. Especially valuable if you are really busy. It is easy to use once setup, just tap a screen icon and you are good. It would be perfect for a busy takeaway spot There are many advantages to this but I feel I should mention the retail price of this machine - around $11k! Consistency -Same temperature, milk amount, foam.
