If you're passionate about great design, love working with people, and thrive on creating spaces that customers love, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll guide clients through the entire kitchen journey — from the first spark of inspiration through to the final design and sale. You’ll need to be a confident sales closer who knows how to turn interest into commitment. This is a client-facing role where relationship-building, listening, and persuasive selling are key. About the Role The Customer Retention Manager is to enhance the relationship between the Customer and Rentokil Initial for the key purpose of protecting the existing portfolio by identifying and dealing with any issues that may be detrimental to this relationship. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key customers as well as internal stakeholders. Proven planning and time management skills.
