Type: Permanent Payrange:$30-32per hour Hours:Guaranteed30hours,with standardhoursof30-45hoursper week Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Plan the budget and direct the restaurant's operations. 2. Regularly review restaurant operations in termspterms ts,productsk levels, sales, servicand e qualitquality. Develops for the restaurant. 3. Develop a marketing program to promote sales of the store's products and services, thereby increasing profitability. Advertise and promote the Pot Pot brand and the menu. 4. Plan what food to serve and allow for a store promotion when ordering stock, and marketing. Put together and carry out purchasing policies and organise the purchase of goods. 5. Establish the prices of products to ensure the store is profitable and meets its targets. 6. Keep records of supplies and financial transactions. The Overseer assists in preparing food and drinks. 7 Serve customers, conferring with them to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. 8. Hire and train staff. 9. Supervise store security and cash handling. 10. Ensure facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance. Liaise with the owner about business issues. Requirements: Must be available to work during day, evening, and weekend shifts. Practical communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Related certificate in Level 6 Diploma of Business or above. Or At least 3 years of related experience.
