We are looking for experienced Maintenance Fitters to join the Maintenance Team for our Katikati site. Our ideal candidates are self-starters who will consistently deliver a high-quality standard of engineering work with the right attitude. Experience in sawmill and remanufacturing maintenance of similar production environment would be an advantage but is not essential. The role: Attend breakdowns minimising plant downtime. Scheduled preventative maintenance & pm checks. Greasing and lubrication tasks. Project work. Improving plant reliability to reduce downtime Workshop repairable including machining, welding & fabrication. Hours: · 4x4 Rotating Roster · Average 3.5 days per week · 12 hour shift pattern · 6am-6pm then 6pm-6am · Overtime available when required Requirements: Maintenance & diagnostics L4 trade qualified or comparative 3 years experience or more working in a manufacturing maintenance environment Full NZ drivers license. Forklift license. (Preferred but not essential) Be naturally driven to improve quality and increase output. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics maintenance. The ability to problem solves and identify preventative maintenance opportunities. Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and use initiative. Excellent attention to detail. Strong focus on Health and Safety. Ability to work to deadlines and within tight time constraints. Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely. What you will be doing:   The Senior Risk Specialist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and guidance on all aspects of risk management for projects across the Infrastructure Portfolio.
