Whether you're starting out or have a few years under your belt, there are plenty of opportunities - including the potential to step into team leadership roles. The RoleYou'll be working on a range of construction projects including residential builds, commercial developments, and civil sites. Tasks vary but may include site clean-up, assisting tradespeople, digging, moving materials, erecting fencing, and more. You'll need to be alert, take direction well, and have the initiative to get stuck in without being told twice. We want people who aren't afraid of hard work and know how to hold their own on a busy work site. If you're reliable, committed, and eager to grow - this is a great opportunity to prove yourself. Days & Hours * Monday to Friday - standard hours (typically 7:00am-5:00pm) * Some Saturday work may be available depending on the job Skills and Attributes * Site experience preferred but not essential - attitude is everything * Must have common sense and be comfortable in a fast-paced site environment * Physically fit and not afraid of physical labour or tough conditions * Reliable and punctual - a must! * Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions * Interest in leadership and taking on more responsibility a bonus * Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test Benefits * Ongoing full-time work available * Supportive crews and opportunity for progression * Work across a variety of assignments in Queenstown * PPE provided * Weekly pay * Potential to step into a leading hand or team leader role Call to ActionSound like you?
