We employ people with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, and we focus on developing our staff to become the ultimate all rounders. We strongly encourage and facilitate our employees to upskill through on-site mentoring, formal training and licensing. Our employees can do it all – one person can be a driver, operator, labourer, hammerhand and supervisor all rolled into one. One day you might be asphalting a driveway, the next day you might be building a boardwalk and the day after that you might be creating a playground.
