Your role will include; * Stock management and organisation of deliveries on a daily basis * Following ordering lists and ensuring menu is always fully prepped * Following current kitchen procedures and helping to implement systems where needed * Over see the cleaning of kitchen by working with the kitchen porter to keep a hygienic and clean space to work in. This will include daily cleaning as well as weekly deep cleans and scheduled cleaning of hoods and ovens * Input to the menu with seasonal changes and specials, as well as special events. * Working closely with the front of house to organise the nightly service and keep on top of busy services We are fast paced kitchen with an emphasis on pizza and bar snacks. You will have at least 2 years experience as a CDP or similar, Pizza experience is not explicitly necessary but highly recommend.
