Non -essential ,but advantageous characteristics: Preparation of curries/meals entrees and naan breads • Kitchen ordering and cost control • Discussing food preparation and menu with manager, kitchen staff • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation • Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedure Instructing and overseeing kitchen staff in food preparation and production for a take away order.
