He kupu mo matou | About us Originally built in 1902 as a creamery, our Takaka site manufacture award winning butter for export. The site is dedicated to processing South Island milk into skim milk powder for the export market and all product moves to Cold Storage Nelson, before being exported via Port Nelson. We have permanent, fixed-term and casual contract opportunities for a Packing Operators to support on the factory floor. Your responsibilities will include: *Setting up, checking and running automated production machinery *Performing quality control and critical control point checks to ensure production meets world class standards *Running machine diagnostics and problem solving *Ensuring documentation is correct and complete This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dairy industry, with a rotating schedule of four day shifts from 6:00am to 6:00pm followed by four days off, providing flexibility and a chance to develop your skills. Mou | About you Your strong mechanical aptitude, planning and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly - you won’t just find the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution. Our client is a busy mechanical assembly workshop with a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to help assist in the workshop, assemble small trailers and fix any pain defects.
