Are you passionate about companion animals and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Client Services person to join our team at our Feilding clinic. Our well-equipped hospital offers a wide range of general practice and specialist services, as well as advanced treatment options for both production and domestic animals. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated individual who possesses the following qualifications and skills: • Companion Animal Care Certificate or similar qualification • Passion for Customer Service with excellent communication skills • Veterinary Practice Reception Experience and knowledge • Experience in Managing Calls, Booking Diaries, and Appointments • Ability to Work Under Pressure, multitask, and use initiative • Excellent Computer Skills • Confident, Positive Personality with strong interpersonal skills • Team Player with a focus on detail and going the extra mile Key Responsibilities: As a Client Services Specialist, your responsibilities will include: • Serving as the first point of contact for our companion animal clients over the phone and in-clinic • Booking appointments for clients • Answering animal health questions • Conducting telephone contact and follow-up calls • Providing sales advice and product knowledge • Offering administration support for our hospital and specialist teams Why Join Us? Previous experience in customer service, veterinary practice, or a call centre is advantageous, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate who can fit in and contribute to our team environment.
