Howard Miller Stevenson Limited Edition Triple Chime Wall Clock (Model 620-262) I'm reluctantly parting with this limited edition Howard Miller Stevenson wall clock because I'm moving and won't be able to offer it a home with the space it deserves. This American-made case is finished in a beautiful Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers, standing over 1m tall. It features a profiled pediment with decorative moulding on the front and sides, rare white ash burl overlays framing the beveled glass door, two reeded columns with elaborately carved column caps, and beveled glass on the sides which offer a full view of the inner workings. The inscribed dial features a pierced cast center and applied numerals. A pendulum with a polished brass lyre and disc swings above a detailed beat plate. Polished brass weight shells and decorative rope-styled moulding on the front and sides of the base complete the elegant design. The German-made cable-driven, triple chime movement offers three different melodies: Westminster, St. Michaels, and Whittington, which play on the quarter hour with an hour count. An automatic nighttime chime shut-off option provides quiet for sleeping hours. This is a truly exceptional, limited edition clock, perfect for a collector or as a distinguished centrepiece for your home. There is something special about the slow beat of a clock which perfectly compliments a hallway or foyer, particularly in an older home, and the chimes add character.
