We are delighted to offer Part 2 of our Collection of Landscape Paintings showcasing sceneries of NZ picturesque terrains, collected for decorating our property that was recently sold We are keen to sell the Collection as a whole set (as it priced), although if you wish we also happy to sell paintings separately – please ask questions, and we'll be in touch to discuss. We can arrange shipping at buyer's request, and also carefully wrap paintings at a reasonable cost All measurements below include picture frames 1. STORMY OCEAN AT WELLINGTON SHORES by unknown NZ ARTIST OF EARLY 1900s, oil on board – 52cm x 35cm. Antique and/or Collectible Old painting due to its age and quality; very old original frame made in solid oak. The painting presumably showcases the steep south Wellington shores around Owhiro Bay, overlooking the Cook Strait. 2. «HAAST PASS, WESTLAND» by NZ landscape painter S.G. BARR, nicely framed oil on board – 51cm x 40cm. The famous drive from Wanaka to the West Coast passes through spectacular scenery. This route was a traditional pathway for Maori journeying west in search of pounamu (greenstone or jade). 3. «WATERFALL» by ELAINE KERMODE, newly framed oil on canvas – 37,5cm x 28,5cm. Elaine Kermode is a painter in oils and have been painting seriously for about 25 years, she belongs to Seatoun Arts and Crafts Club as well as Wellington Art Club.
