The role will involve a 40-hour work week, representing a high-volume brand with consistent workflow in a well-established franchise workshop that offers great stability and career development. The company has a rich history in the New-Zealand market, with an excellent record in staff retention and leadership ability. The ideal candidate will have a workshop / dealership background, comfortable with major servicing, diagnostics and the ability to take on more intricate repair work at times. To be successful in this role you will have: * Automotive Trade qualification * Good communication and presentation * Ability to work and diagnose Petrol and Diesel vehicles * 4+ Years on then tools service, diagnosis and repair ability * Full clean NZ Driver's License You will be working within a Dealership that represents a strong brand within the market, with multiple locations around the country. Career progression is developed internally, so local technicians looking for a step up in time will have first hand exposure to opportunities within the wider group for life beyond the tools. Key responsibilities include: * Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer standards. (Retail, Fleet, Warranty) * Perform effective engine and electrical diagnostics * Ensure high-quality service and communication to Foreman and front desk service teams * Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes * Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training * Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
