We’re on the hunt for an experienced, switched-on Boiler Technician who lives and breathes technical solutions, takes pride in their work, and can tackle service challenges with a customer-first mindset. What You'll Be Doing * Maintain, install and repair commercial boiler systems across NSW (and beyond) * Troubleshoot and resolve complex system faults – steam, hot water, heat pumps * Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, keeping everyone in the loop * Carry out inspections, ensure compliance, and follow safety protocols to the letter * Keep your service vehicle and tools in top condition * Sharing your boiler wisdom with our wider technical team * Jump in to support your teammates and the wider service and warehouse crews when needed What You Bring to the Table * You know your way around steam boilers, heat pumps, and commercial hot water gear and have strong technical knowledge * Boiler/steam certification/qualification or equivalent recognised in Australia * NSW High-Risk Licence (or ready to get one) * Disconnect/reconnect licence (essential) * White Card and a clean driver’s licence * Working with Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain) * Plumbing ticket? Abseil / Rope Access Technician - Wellington

Each task uses specified work products and is operated according to specified safety standards and job requirements. This position would see your primary location to be Auckland but may require you to travel and conduct work to support our nationwide clients’ assets throughout New Zealand.
