Job Title: BIM Technician Location: ESR, 34 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua Job Description: We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team at ESR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) to support our various projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in BIM software and a strong understanding of construction and architectural processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage BIM models for various projects. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient model creation. - Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. - Assist in the coordination of project documentation and design data. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements. Required Skills: - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. - Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication and organizational skills. About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Service Supervisor to lead day-to-day fire alarm servicing operations. This hands-on role will initially be split 60/40 between the tools and supervision, progressing towards 80/20 as the team grows. You won’t be managing a team directly, but you'll play a key role in mentoring technicians and supporting the department manager in delivering exceptional service.
