We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabrication Team Leader to lead a fabrication team in a state-of-the-art, modern facility in Hornby. Key Responsibilities As the Fabrication Team Leader, you will: *Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled fabricators. *Oversee all fabrication processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. *Champion a robust health and safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices and regulations. *Foster strong, collaborative working relationships within your team and across departments. *Utilise your computer literacy for planning, reporting, and team management. *Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fabrication department. What We Are Looking For *At least 10 years of relevant experience in fabrication, plant servicing, and maintenance. *Proven experience in a manufacturing/export environment is ideal. *Demonstrable ability to promote and uphold a strong health and safety culture. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong computer literacy. *A track record of fostering collaborative working relationships and a positive team environment. *A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
