What You’ll Do: You’ll be the friendly face and helping hand that makes our programmes fun, safe, and engaging for tamariki. * Join the fun: Supervise and support children as they dive into a variety of activities. * Keep it safe & tidy: Ensure the environment is clean, hygienic, and safe for kids, staff, parents, and visitors. * Be a right-hand hero: Assist the Programme Manager with daily programme delivery, staff support, and team leadership. * Manage connections: Help manage parent and school liaison to keep communication smooth. * Stay connected: Report any concerns or behaviour updates to the Programme Manager so we can support every child. Hours & Location: * This role is based in Botany and involves 15+ hours per week, rostered across after-school (2:30pm–6:00pm) programmes & Before school programmes (7am - 8.30am) from Monday to Friday. There may also be opportunities for additional hours during school holiday programmes (7:00am–6:00pm). You may also be required to work in other sites on the shore. Therefore preferred candidates needs to have a reliable transport or vehicle for this role. Most of your time will be in our after-school sessions (between 2:30pm – 6:00pm) and before-school sessions too (7:00am – 8:30am).
