This is a casual/reliever role to provide staff cover. About the Role: * Assist with day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery * Manage parent and school liaison * Assist staff and your team members Hours of work 10+ hours per week (Monday - Friday only) rostered between our Before & After school programmes schedule. Before school hours (you may sometimes be rostered to work at this shift on the absence of a Programme Manager): 7am - 8.30am After school hours: from/ between 2.30pm - 6pm. Holiday Programme Hours available from/between 7am - 6pm. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Programme Leader to lead teams, oversee multiple sites, and ensure our tamariki thrive. Position: Senior Programme Leader Based in Christchurch, the Senior Programme Leader will oversee a cluster of out-of-school care sites across the South Island, including some in Queenstown and Invercargill. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, leading teams to deliver high-quality programmes, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
