BestStart Naenae is seeking a passionate Caregiver or Teacher in Training to join our energetic and supportive team. About the Role We have flexibility to welcome either: * A Caregiver with a passion for infants and toddlers (0–2 years), providing nurturing, responsive care in a calm environment. * A Teacher in Training, currently enrolled or applying to enrol in a Level 7 ECE qualification (Bachelor or Graduate Diploma), who is eager to grow alongside our experienced teaching team. This is a permanent role working 30–40 hours per week. What you'll do: * Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for our tamariki. * Be part of a collaborative team, championing tamariki learning and wellbeing. * Support centre activities and daily routines, helping create an environment where children feel secure and thrive. * For Teachers in Training – engage in planning, curriculum, and study support while developing your practice.
