You will be a calm, friendly presence in local retail spaces and a trusted point of contact for customers and staff. Your day could include: • Greeting shoppers and offering directions or assistance • Checking in with whānau, older customers and anyone who may need extra help • Using confident, respectful communication to de-escalate tense moments • Working closely with store teams and, when needed, local community partners to keep the environment welcoming • Noticing hazards and supporting safer spaces for everyone You will make a real difference by keeping the focus on respect, empathy and practical problem solving.
