Roger Gill Agriculture is a family business and has been selling New and Used Agricultural Equipment including Tractors, Balers, Mowers, and other Farm Machinery to the Auckland & North Waikato regions for a number of years. We are dealers for Cash IH, New Holland, Kuhn, and other brands and have branches in Pukekohe, Huntly, and Whangarei. We operate full parts and service facilities for all Makes & Brands of Agriculture Machinery. For more information see our website www.rogergillagriculture.co.nz We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our multi-franchise Dealership at our Huntly branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in all aspects of agriculture parts procurement and interpretation. This diverse role is largely geared to assist in operating our busy parts business; you will also work closely with the Service and Sales departments, handling all internal & external parts requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Liaising with customers, suppliers & staff via phone, email and in person - Ordering of parts, receipting and invoicing out of parts - Assist our Service Manager in making service bookings, processing repair orders, quotes, and invoicing customers - Work closely with the sales and workshop teams to maximise utilisation of resources - Manage all parts inventory including completing rolling and year end stock takes The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: - Be able to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment - Excellent computer literacy & experience with in-house & external systems - Strong relationship building skills & a passion for customer service - Excellent time management & organisational skills - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn & grow their knowledge - Work well as a part of a team as well as autonomously Applicants for this position will have: - A full driver’s license - NZ residency - A Forklift license and F endorsement (preferred but not essential) The position is fulltime Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm and alternate Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm during the beginning & end of daylight savings for the busier period of our business. **** YOU MUST HAVE THE RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, ARE CURRENTLY IN NEW ZEALAND AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN NEW ZEALAND BEFORE APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION **** If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience as listed above, please contact Gavin Maclaurin on 027 490 5547, or email a cover letter and CV to gavin@rogergillag.co.nz
