If your values align with ours then you should definitely read on!  A bit about the role… We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Bathroom Team at Mitre 10 MEGA Porirua.  In this role you will be responsible for: * Providing exception Customer Service to our Trade and DIY Customers * Provide technical information and advice to our customers, ensuring they choose the right product for their project * Maintain recommended stock levels within the department * Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment In addition, we are ideally seeking: * A passion for providing excellent customer service * Bathroom knowledge/interest, and/or retail experience * A 'can do' attitude and who is a good team player * Confidence using a computer * An outgoing personality with a positive and friendly manner * Be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Great time management  * Excellent merchandising skills * Forklift license or in a position to obtain one (Preferable) This is a full time position; Tuesday 7.00am -3.30pm, Wednesday 10.00am - 6.00pm, Thursday 9.00am -6.00pm, Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm If you have the ability to engage with our customers, work through their DIY or large scale projects with them efficiently, then we would love to hear from you.
