With established installation teams in Auckland and Christchurch, we’re growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The Opportunity Based in our Auckland branch (Mt Wellington), you’ll take ownership of complex projects, lead dedicated teams, and collaborate with clients and consultants. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all phases of projects – from procurement and design through to construction and close-out. • Create, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Ensure full compliance with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and drive a safety-first culture. • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to site supervisors and installers. • Work closely with the sales and estimation teams to align projects with client specifications. • Drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across every stage of delivery. What We’re Looking For • Proven project management experience in construction, electrical, engineering, mechanical or building services. • Successful track record in delivering projects of varying size and complexity. • Strong knowledge of EHS practices and quality assurance standards. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Financial acumen – including forecasting, budgets, quoting, and invoicing. • Computer literacy (MS Office essential; project software, Ground Plan, Simpro experience an advantage). • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, NZIOB) – advantageous but not essential. • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop others.
