About the Role We are representing a progressive residential development business looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of key construction projects. This is an excellent leadership opportunity for someone with a strong on-site construction background and deep knowledge of contract, tendering and pricing. You will take charge of delivering residential projects, ensuring alignment with cost targets, timeframes, and compliance standards, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in how projects are delivered. You will also work closely with an experienced development team and report directly to executive leadership, helping deliver high-quality, community-focused housing outcomes.
