In this role, you will plan and implement all projects to ensure they are completed on time, to an appropriate quality standard and to achieve planned profit or better as per project bid targets. About the Role Come join our amazing team and be a part of the pioneers in energy transition. • Ordering of the major items of materials and equipment for projects. • Planning the project utilising computer based planning packages to ensure milestones are achieved and resources optimised. • Achieving project margins, identifying any problems with cost and time implications and taking corrective action as required. • Ensuring that all required company and contractual reporting is completed correctly and on time. • Re-estimating labour to complete the job at the end of each month. • Identifying all variations are identified, submitted and authorised by the client. • Ensuring that both Omexom and the client comply with the Contract Agreement Qualifications and Skills • Engineering Degree, NZCE, or similar. • Hands-on experience in electrical and construction project management. • Possess estimating/tendering skills, with an ability to be hands-on. • A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements. • Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law. • Excellent inter-personal skills with customers at all levels.
