Requirements WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading & Mentoring: Guide and inspire a team of compositors, overseeing projects and sequences while fostering a collaborative work environment. Look Development & Style Setting: Establish the creative direction, creating templates, tools, and workflows that optimize efficiency. Complex Compositing: Execute some of the most challenging shots, seamlessly integrating 3D elements into live-action footage. Mastery of Nuke – Strong knowledge of compositing workflows, including Gizmos and Groups.  3D Integration Expertise – Seamlessly blend CG elements with live-action footage. Strong Artistic Eye – Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and implement feedback effectively.  Technical Knowledge – Bonus if you have experience with Python scripting, digital matte painting, texture painting, or paint/roto work.  3D Workflow Experience – Familiarity with Maya, Houdini, ZBrush, Redshift, Karma/Solaris, and emerging technologies like AI is a plus. Ensuring that our vehicles are operating productively and efficiently but optimising routes and schedules 4. Managing relevant documentation to ensure movements are captured within our TMS.
