**What will you do?**
We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner - Support Functions to deliver strategic procurement, vendor management, and procurement led initiatives to drive value across Ryman.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into effective procurement strategies. You will lead sourcing and tender processes, negotiate supplier agreements, and build strong vendor and internal relationships across our Support Functions, including IT, Sales & Marketing, People & Culture, and Finance.
Other key responsibilities include:
- In partnership with the Procurement Manager, plan and execute procurement strategies and/or category plans that support business objectives.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement initiatives that maximise value for the business, focusing on cost-effectiveness, risk mitigation, and value creation.
- Managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and delivery.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders (with support from both the Procurement Manager and GM Procurement) across the business to deliver results in a cross functional, category-based environment.

**Who are you?**
- You bring solid experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management ideally within corporate support functions such as IT, HR, Finance, or Marketing.
- You've got a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into effective procurement strategies.
- You have experience in translating business requirements and priorities into commercial outcomes and mitigating risk through supply agreements and relationships
- You are passionate about delivering results
