Production / Procurement Administrator

We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in Seaview that's offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious graduate. If you're keen to get exposure across procurement, project coordination, and production management-and you've got leadership aspirations-this role is designed for you. You'll start in an administrative support role within the procurement team, learning the ropes of the business from the ground up. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on more responsibility within production, with a genuine pathway toward a Production Manager position. Inventory Specialist

This is for someone ready to go beyond business as usual. You'll own the inventory function end to end, lead a small team, and play a key role in driving performance across a busy distribution centre. Scheduler - Urban and Regional Transport

As Scheduler you will: * Use our Austrics scheduling software to create efficient rosters and schedules that balance driver needs and operational efficiencies/constraints. * Collaborate with our Operation teams across NZ to optimise existing schedules and implement customer-driven changes. * Develop schedules for new service opportunities within Tranzit. * Provide guidance on schedules to enhance reliability and punctuality of our services. We are looking for: * Experience in using Austrics scheduling software. * An innovative mindset to develop a range of scheduling solutions. * Scheduling experience within New Zealand legislative requirements * A positive track record in working with Regional Councils and key stakeholders. * The ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
