Short, medium or long term considered + open to part time flatmate with reduced rent. Room is HUGE 6mx5.5m - own bathroom + adjoining separate toilet. Other bedrooms & office are downstairs so you have privacy. Perfect for human/s wanting their own space while still having room to WFH. We are a home more than a flat with separate lounge and dining so we all find space. Stunning views, full of timber with plenty of character. The house is fully furnished except for your room however we are open to discussing furnishing. Harry is an ethical hunter who ensures NZ's hydro system stays safe. Catch him making pickles, cold plunging or training. Becks is a Data Analyst + theatre extraordinaire. You'll see her coming home from philosophy class or watching Wicked for the 100th time. Sophie is a public servant who loves to check out new restaurants, read autobiographies & volunteers in the social sector. We know about each others lives & care about each other but aren't in each other's social circles. When we're home we happily eat dinner together & always have a show we watch together but never in a pressured way. As the house is large it is easy to have your own space so you're welcome to be involved or not. While this is definitely not a party house, we do have friends over for dinner etc. As we own the place, you won't deal with property managers to get something fixed & it's likely this will be the only house you live in that gets nicer over time. We're looking for a lovely human/s who are conscientious, take pride in keeping a clean home, treats our things like their own who can take care of chores on a regular basis and of course queer friendly.
