City living! Very close to the Beehive end of the city and New World Thorndon. The bedroom gets lovely afternoon sun. It's not huge, but nor too poky. You'd be living with me (and my kid half the time). The views over the city and harbour are beautiful from the open plan lounge and kitchen, and your bedroom looks out on the peaceful greenery of Te Ahumairangi hill. The bathroom has a heated floor and monsoon style shower head. No bond! Minimum fuss. (Photos are a couple years old but show the space well.)
