SLEEPOUT in THE BROOK, NELSON/ Walk to town or to NMIT. Bus stop close by house. 260/week. Sadly our lovely flatmate is leaving Nelson, so now we have our SLEEPOUT in the BROOK to rent out again. 260/week. Includes all bills like power, water, rubbish, washing power, internet (cable), shampoo, etc. Private and warm, well insulated (with wool), and double glazed. Sunny, with its own deck, and view. Has fridge, kettle and toaster, you are welcome to add a microwave if you want to be more self sufficient. Double bed,and also a separate little office. Furnished, all you need is your own bedding. Shared facilities (Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, separate toilet) in the house. This is just a few steps away. If you are: Non smoker. Interested in being part of a friendly relaxed household, with the occasional shared meal. Fully employed or studying. Have references. Are happy flatting with a couple of grandparents' age (honest, we don't smell!). Then this might be for you. We have chickens, and a little dog, so may be open to a flatmate with a cat, but no other pets, please. But you are very welcome to cuddle ours.
