Come live in a modern, warm, sophisticated and quiet house in Victoria Villas! You’ll be living with: -a 30 y/o Chinese amazing female, works as a chocolatier, has experience as a pastry chef and looking to get more into design. - a 29 y/o almost 30 gay male, works full time in retail at rebel sports and can happily get you some discounts for the household. What you get: The biggest room in the flat, a double bedroom with a massive wardrobe, can fit a large bed, drawers, and tv but can also place drawers in wardrobe with large space, bathroom shared upstairs with one other. The garage is also included in your rent, super secluded, or there is available coupon parking on street. We are a quiet flat, not a party flat, we are surrounded by other townhouses so the quieter, the better. Prefer someone more mature :) do our own thing, but are happy to engage in a conversation. We also have a flat cat who we put a lot of time into, so must be a cat person. Have put no pets as she’s a one pet kinda lady due to high anxiety. We are surrounded by food places! And supermarket only being a 6 min walk, KFC 1 MIN AWAY ?? You will have your own garage included in the rent, but will have $30 expenses on top of. Are happy to have a couple on board if the right people are found.
