This beautiful sanctuary is welcoming more people to call this home. In a peaceful cul-de-sac surrounded by trees and a view of the ocean it's perfect. You have the option to take one or two of the double bedrooms that come with a larger lounge space that opens on the beautiful large sunny deck and garden space with ensuite bathroom connected to the Master bedroom. This home can be shared or split with separate entrance and own privacy of living space if preferred. I am a masseuse and fitness instructor living here with my 8 year old daughter. Communal sharing space with be the laundry. You can either take one double room at $250 p/w or all 3 rooms completely to your self for $500 p/w. Master room alone is $350. Depending on your needs.
