Separate garaged off street car park in double Garage with remote, half will be yours and plenty of other storage space too, via the small little "workshop on the side of the Garage as you'll see in the photos. Bills included, with unlimited 1G Fibre, House has all you need to move in but welcome anyone who has furniture to mix and match with mine too to create a home. Large Master Bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a great sunny view of the valley from the top. Long Black Out curtains for the nocturnal ones! Other Storage options a plenty too! 3 bed house with only one other 40s M, B'Eng with 28years in Music Production, into Music, Motorcycle racing, MotoGP, WSBK, mostly but also love watching MotoX and of course the ABs. I love cooking. A very occasional gamer. Im very easy going, clean and tidy and respectful of privacy. House also has a large Movie/TV show media server with over 3000 options via the LAN. I like to keep a spare room for times if anyone has an impromptu guest or if you like to have family come stay etc. Although I rarely play much these days, as a Muso too, musicians are welcome, even Bass players! Weekends, I'm typically around, always keen for a beer and a laugh. Outside smokers ok, i dont, but don’t mind if you do. I'm in no rush to get just anyone in so looking for the right person who could be an easy living mix. Probably suits other Engineer/Tradie/Muso/Production Crew/Hospo shift worker type. They need to be Working full-time, into similar things, who is social and communicative and just a good, mindful, caring person that can have a laugh at life, not take it all too seriously, Politics, etc and especially be able to laugh at themselves.
