Hi! We've two rooms available now, one large, one small, in a lovely big house atop Brooklyn Hill. House itself is modern, well maintained, and features a wonderfully large kitchen (with attached conservatory and dining area) and lounge, with expansive views over the surrounding bush, and out over the south coast. There's also an abundance of garden space (with a large shed/workspace), a double garage, and a central heating system that keeps the entire house warm and dry through the winter months. Current occupants are two laid-back people in their late-30's, looking for similarly vibed people to join us in this delightful sanctuary of a place. We value queer/neurodivergent/BIPOC-friendliness, good communication and housekeeping skills, and generally living happy, healthy lives. If this sounds like you, get in touch! The large room is $250/week, and the small room is $190/week. Both have sizeable wardrobes. Two weeks rent for bond, and two weeks rent in advance.
