Yamaha C-4 Pre-amp & M-4 Power Amp

An upgrade to vintage a McIntosh pre/power/tuner means this beautiful set needs a new home. This super rare set is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. They have had maybe 25 hours play time in the past 4months as I just don't get the time to have extended listening sessions anymore. This Pre-amp/Power amp combination is extremely rare and sought after. Being a late 70's/early 80's set, CDs hadn't been released yet, so the main medium was vinyl or cassette. The Pre-amp has no dedicated CD input and instead has 3 Gold plated Phono inputs besides the Tape, Tuner and Aux inputs. The built-in Phono stage is very very good, making this the perfect centrepiece of a high end vintage system. A 'must have' for Yamaha fans, connect a pair of NS1000M or NS2000 to complete the set. My preference is for buyer to collect so I can demo them before taking away. If that's not possible, then we can arrange packing/shipping.
