Refurbished 1975 360 Crusader caravan. Chassis has been sand blasted, rust proofed and painted. The wheels and tyres have been replaced. (there is a spare wheel included) The brake system has been replaced along with the brake pads and wheel bearings. Towball lock and a wheel lock. A 10 metre extension cord with 32amp plug and a 10 metre extension cord with a 10 amp plug. An engine crane and HondaEU70IS inverter generator, The generator has 1468 hours on it and has had regular oil changes. The interior has been completely refurbished with new floor, vinyl, benches. Midea gas water heater with a gas certificate of compliance. Included is a 9kg gas. 13 power points. The current warrant of electrical fitness valid until 23/03/2027. 2 sets of fresh and grey water tanks, under the sink and under the coffee machine. Caravan has been fitted out with a new Tefcold IC300SC freezer ($2425) New Tefcold TE-FS1280 refrigerator ($2563) Reburbished Faema E98 A/2 Espresso Machine ($4600) New Mazzer Super Jolly V Pro coffee bean grinder grinder ($2650) New Little Jem Real Fruit Ice Cream machine ($17,940) Spare Little Jem auger and mixing cone which cost $644 Items including disposable coffee cups and lids, spoons, ice cream scoops, stainless steel milk jugs, waffle cones, coffee knock box, cash drawer, electric neon signs, serviette holder, straw dispenser, ice cream tubs, coffee flag, ice cream flag, flag stand and some remaining stock. Receipts and manuals for appliances. The generator hours and ice cream counter may change as I continue to accept bookings. Re the signage on the van, some will be removed but some can remain. The caravan is all ready to hook and attend events. A keen trader could do ice cream coffee events as well as provide a ‘bar on wheels’ for corporate events and weddings. No alcohol licenses required – the clients supply the beverages, you provide the bar and the staff.
